Morning Yoga Stretch, Breathe, and Flow
Wednesdays and Fridays at Enliven in McCall
8:30 – 9:45 am
We begin with nourishing warm-ups down on the mat before easing into core work, lunges, sun salutations, and the stronger standing postures. We’ll then return to the mat for restorative cool-down poses and shavasana. We’ll move gradually and steadily, letting our breath guide static and dynamic movements to cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, and mental awareness. Our classes are always accompanied by heartfelt music playlists. Come be inspired, and leave feeling more like yourself. All levels of experience are welcome.

Come relax and restore with long, slow stretches all down on the mat to a chill-out playlist. We’ve overheard people calling it Sleepy Yoga. An excellent class for anyone new to yoga, and a good reset for all of us. Wear warm, comfortable clothes and bring props if you have them.
