Total relaxation down on the mat. Enjoy long, slow, and deep stretches to a chill-out playlist. Wear warm, comfortable clothes and bring whatever restorative props you’d like to use.

Thursday Morning Flow 8:15 – 9:30 am

Begin with easy warm-ups, into sun salutations, open into standing work, then return to the mat for a restorative cool-down and shavasana. Practice includes space for personal-choice movement within sequences, always accompanied by heartfelt, beautiful music.

Come finish out the stress cycle with some asana moves and dance. Let’s open the windows and harness that group energy of free-form movement.
We’ll begin with easy warm-ups, then roll up our mats for movement, mostly unguided, to a vibrant playlist. Then back to our mats for a luxurious cool-down and lengthy shavasana.
