Let’s use the inspiration and beauty of May in Lucile for some personal spring cleaning. You may have tided your yard and house, now it’s time for you.

In this weekend we will—

  • Forage in the garden and woods for spring cleaning foods.

  • Learn how to prepare these in the kitchen for optimal taste and nutrition.

  • Prepare other nutritionally dense superfoods such as bone marrow broth.

  • Split up meal prep so you get to learn.

  • Hike Cow Creek trail for some energizing carbon:oxygen exchange.

  • Practice—

    * yoga asana and breathing techniques for cleansing.

    * inner-dialogue brain-dump journaling.

    * meditation techniques for regulating the mind.

  • Learn essential conversation tips for clearing the mind and air.

  • Enjoy a full 90-minute guided round of cleansing and relaxing sauna.

Go home feeling totally cleaned out, refreshed, and energized with some practical strategies and tips you can keep using.

Retreat includes all meals from Friday supper through Sunday mid-day dinner and lodging in one of our accommodations.

Please arrive Friday between 4:00 and 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. We ask that guests make every effort to arrive on time. We close Sunday afternoon with the mid-day meal and appreciations.

Bonus invitation—arrive early on Friday to help prep dinner. We will forage in the garden and pantry for dinner ingredients and roast enough chicken for dinner and bone marrow broth. Arrive between 12 and 3pm to help, lunch included.

Register here today and reserve your favorite accommodation.
