Relax, find stillness, and connect with yourself in a simple 20 minute guided sitting practice. Included in CUB membership and patronage. Drop-in donations welcome.

Exploring Meditation
Tuesdays
5:30-6:30 pm

A regular series to deepen our practices and build community.

We will learn and practice specific meditation techniques, followed by a short discussion, then conclude with the practice.

Included in membership and patronage, $10 drop-in donation, or whatever works for you.

Renee will guide you through meditation as taught by the Himalayan Yoga Tradition. We will practice for short periods, interspersed with discussion and a short break.
