Relax, find stillness, and connect with yourself in a simple 20 minute guided sitting practice. Included in CUB meditation membership, patronage, or McCall Streak registration. Drop-in donations welcome.

Exploring Meditation
Tuesdays through December 10
5:30-6:30 pm

Included in membership and patronage, $10 drop-in donation, or whatever works for you

A regular series to deepen our practices and build community.

We will learn and practice specific meditation techniques, followed by a short discussion, then conclude with the practice.

December 3 Tonglen / Compassionate Exchange
